We are located on the southwest corner of Santa Monica Blvd and Camden Ave, two short blocks east of Sepulveda Blvd.
Driving Directions:
From the 405 Freeway,
- Exit Santa Monica Blvd. – East. As you turn from the freeway exit onto Santa Monica Blvd, stay in the far right lane.
- One block past Sepulveda Blvd at Bentley Ave, bear to your right to enter “little” Santa Monica Blvd.
- Our office is located on the right (south) side of “little” Santa Monica Blvd just before Camden Ave.
Parking:
There is ample free street parking on both Bentley Ave and Camden Ave. Please look at posted signs for weekly street cleaning restrictions to avoid getting a parking citation.
There are also many city of Los Angeles metered parking spaces on BOTH sides of little Santa Monica in front of the budling. Please note your space number as you exit your car and pay the parking meter fee at one of the pay stations located in front of the building.

Located on the northeast corner of Ventura Blvd. and Woodley Ave., in the
“First Citizen’s Bank” building.
Driving Directions:
From West Los Angeles via the 405 Freeway:
- Go north on the 405 Freeway towards the San Fernando Valley.
- Take the Ventura Blvd. exit.
- At the bottom of the exit, turn left on to Sepulveda Blvd.
- Take Sepulveda 2 short blocks and turn left on to Ventura Blvd.
- Go west on Ventura Blvd. about 3/4 of a mile, until you see the building on the right (north) side of Ventura Blvd.
- Enter parking by turning right (north) on Woodley Ave. and then make an immediate right into the parking garage.
Parking:
Convenient Valet parking is located in the building. Entrance is off of Woodley Ave., just north of Ventura Blvd.
The cost is $3 for every half hour, so the total cost for a 45-50 min visit is $6.00.
