Dr. Cecelia Mylett, PsyD. LCSW, provides therapeutic services to adults, couples, families, and groups. She graduated from the University of Southern California where she received her Masters of Clinical Social Work degree. She received her Doctorate degree of Psychology (MFT) from Ryokan College. Dr. Mylett has extensive training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Resiliency Model, Crisis Intervention and the Clinical application of Mindfulness Meditation in Psychotherapy and Resiliency training.

Dr. Mylett’s professional experience includes providing psychotherapy to address depression, mood disorders, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, bereavement, adjustment disorders, performance anxiety, and workplace issues.

For the past 13 years she has been a clinical supervisor and intern field instructor for the USC School of Social Work and UCLA School of Social Welfare. She has extensive experience in outpatient mental health care as a former Director of the Los Angeles Kaiser Permanente Department of Psychiatry.
