By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Candace supports clients to reframe destructive thought patterns that affect their negative behaviors. In addition to CBT, Candace will incorporate Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in ways to introduce the removal of judgement to breathe through reactions, move through or tolerate emotions, and focus on the here and now.
